The Glasford International General Meeting held in Montreal last April 27th elected the new Board of Directors. The large geographical coverage of Glasford International is reflected in this election.
Here the Board member’s first reactions after the election:
Alan Paul, Chairman (Hong Kong / APAC) said:

“I feel privileged to have the opportunity to serve Glasford International as Chairman for a further 3 year period.
This is an exciting time to be at the helm of Glasford International, and I see huge opportunities for growth and development in areas such as digital marketing, promotion of the Glasford brand on a global scale, and innovation in the services we offer our clients.”
Helene Peingnez, Director Legal & Finance (France / Europe) said:

“The renewal of my mandate as Director Legal & Finance for a new three years’ period underlines the confidence you have in the changes we have made in our organization over the last 3 years. Voluntary membership, democratic member control, financial participation which grants our autonomy and independence as well as ethical values such as honesty, accountability, trustworthiness, social responsibility, … are at the heart of our cooperative model.
Making people a priority and taking a long-term view of business decisions make Glasford International different from most executive search companies.”
Guy Larivière, Director Marketing (Canada / Americas) said:

“I am deeply honoured by your vote of confidence in me as Director of Marketing. I look forward to working with the other Board members in our shared determination to make of Glasford International a reference point for the best global executive search cooperative model in the world. We just need to be very smart in our planning and priority setting, and street-wise in our actions.
My first steps will be guided by the will to reinforce brand awareness, to identify sustainable competitive advantages to build customer relationships strategies and to share best practices that will stimulate interactivity between Glasford International Partners. Providing the best candidate/client experience will be at the center of our actions.”
David Buchberger, Director Business Development (Germany / Europe) said:
